Through guided movement, mobility drills, and strength-based activation exercises, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Improve shoulder, knee, and hip stability

✅ Enhance range of motion for smoother strokes and faster reactions

✅ Build resilience to prevent common racket sport injuries

✅ Activate your core and stabilisers for better balance and control

Perfect for players of all levels, this is a low-impact but highly effective session designed to support longevity on the court — so you can keep playing at your best, pain-free.
