Description:
As Registered Sports & Public Health Nutritionists with over two decades of experience, we've worked with young athletes at club, national and international levels - including supporting Emma Raducanu through her Wimbledon debut and her US Open victory. We've also guided numerous tennis players at county and national level, including U14/15/16 national champions.
But we're not just sports nutritionists - we're parents of teenagers too. We understand the real-world challenges of feeding young athletes in a world where social media and misinformation reign supreme. Our interactive Q&A workshop cuts through the noise to give you practical, evidence-based answers to your questions on how to fuel your child for both health and performance.
Bring your questions about:
· How to fuel before, during and after competitions
· Practical meal and snack ideas that actually work for busy families
· Hydration strategies for young athletes
· How to navigate nutrition myths and social media misinformation
· Age-appropriate supplementation guidance
· Picky eating and getting nutrients into reluctant teenagers
· Managing weight concerns in growing athletes
· Tournament day logistics and meal planning
Whether your child is just starting their tennis journey or competing at high levels, this interactive session will give you the confidence and knowledge to support their nutritional needs effectively.
