Led by certified performance and tennis coach, Andy Miles, this session blends functional training, interval circuits, and dynamic mobility work — all tailored to the demands of racket sports.
Who’s it for? Players of all levels looking to elevate their fitness and movement specifically for padel, pickleball, or tennis.
What to bring: Water, towel, and lots of energy! Equipment provided.

About Andy:
I have been in the fitness industry since 2009, during this time, I have worked with athletes in badminton and tennis from club to a professional level.
During my career I have worked with a number of aspiring junior players from the training base in Sussex to helping them to prepare and making sure they are physically ready for College/ University tennis any beyond.
I have previously worked with Julian Cash and was part of his team when he he transitioned from the ITF to the Challenger/ATP Tour. More recently I have worked with Katarina Stresnakova who achieved a career high WTA Singles ranking of 528
