Join us for a high-energy, sport-specific workout session designed to boost your performance on the court!


Whether you're a padel powerhouse, a pickleball enthusiast, or a tennis regular, this session will focus on the key physical elements that matter most:

💥 Power = Build explosive strength for serves, smashes, and quick returns

🧘‍♀️ Mobility & Core Stability –- Prevent injuries and improve court coverage

Led by certified performance and tennis coach, Andy Miles, this session blends functional training, interval circuits, and dynamic mobility work — all tailored to the demands of racket sports.


Who’s it for? Players of all levels looking to elevate their fitness and movement specifically for padel, pickleball, or tennis.

What to bring: Water, towel, and lots of energy! Equipment provided.
